My first time at Mind's Eye Records and I was very impressed. The place has a real charm to it - a little cluttered, but in a way that adds to the atmosphere. It feels like a classic record shop, the kind you'd find in a cool neighbourhood back in the day.

The Selection:
The selection was broad, with both new and used vinyl. I spent hours browsing and found all kinds of great stuff, from classic rock and folk to rare finds like the Vietnam War compilation album Stop The War: Vietnam Through The Eyes of Black America 1965-1974. They even had a Jimi Hendrix action figure that I couldn't resist.

Rare & Collectible Vinyl:
The real thrill was hunting for those harder-to-find used albums from the 70s and 80s. I managed to score 11 gems that just need a little cleaning up. And they had some nice reproductions too, like Bob Dylan records at good prices.

The prices were fair, in my opinion. I saw some new records and reproductions at decent rates, and the used stuff was priced accurately, just needing a little cleanup to bump them up a grade.
