🎙️ What's the Vibe?
I walked in and was immediately struck by the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The owner was super personable and took the time to chat with me and my sons, even giving us a little history lesson on 'original records'. It felt like a cozy, authentic haven for music lovers.
🎵 What's Spinning Here?
Stopping by, I was pleasantly surprised by the killer selection of 60s and 70s rock records they had on the shelves. The owner clearly takes great care in curating the stock, and I found a ton of absolute gems in the $5 bins — everything from classic artists to obscure gems. I didn't have time to check out the other sections, but I'll definitely be back to dig deeper.
💎 Any Rare Finds?
I'd heard about Rocks and Records having a great selection, but when I started flipping through the crates, I was blown away. They had so many rare and collectible vinyl pieces, from old comics and postcards to fossils. As a passionate collector, I was in heaven — and the prices were incredibly reasonable too.
🏘️ The Neighbourhood
First time here and I have to say, the area around Rocks and Records is just lovely. It's a clean, welcoming neighbourhood with easy parking, perfect for a leisurely vinyl-hunting expedition. I can see why this place has become a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike — it's a true gem in the heart of Indio.
💰 What's it Gonna Cost Ya?
Been on my list for a while, and I'm so glad I finally made it to Rocks and Records. The prices were shockingly affordable — I only found two records that were more than $5, and the rest were absolute steals. As a passionate collector on a budget, this place is a godsend. I walked out with a haul of vintage gems without breaking the bank.
