Settling in at their new downtown location, I was immediately struck by the awesome lighting and decor that gave the shop this really cool quasi-industrial modern art studio vibe. The staff were amazing and the overall energy was just incredibly warm and welcoming - exactly the kind of place a music enthusiast like myself loves to spend time in.

The selection here is truly impressive - I found an incredible range of new and used records spanning classic rock, thrash, metal, alternative, pop, rap, hip-hop, country, singer-songwriter, folk, blues, soul, jazz and more. As a passionate collector, I was thrilled to see they really know the market and their pricing is spot on, with the used vinyl always in fantastic condition.

I didn't catch the details on any particularly rare or collectible vinyl they might have - but no doubt a store this knowledgeable and well-stocked would have some real gems for the serious collector. I'll be sure to ask about that on my next visit and see what musical treasures I can uncover.

Stopping by Left Round Records, right in the middle of the charming downtown strip in Plainfield, was a real treat. The neighbourhood has such a wonderful community vibe, and this shop fits right in as a true local hub for music lovers. I can see myself spending many happy hours here browsing the stacks and chatting with the friendly staff.

As an enthusiast, I was pleased to find the pricing at Left Round Records to be very reasonable. They offer a stamp card program for big savings on used vinyl, and I'd heard about some of their great special offers and sales through their active social media presence. First time here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to see what musical gems I can add to my collection.
