When I walked into Love Garden Sounds, the place had a cool, laidback vibe. There were plenty of young music fans browsing the racks, giving the shop an energetic, youthful atmosphere. I could tell this was a hangout spot for the local scene.

The selection here is seriously impressive. I spent ages flipping through the bins, finding all kinds of hidden gems — everything from classic rock to obscure jazz. The staff clearly curates their collection with real passion and expertise.
💎 Any Rare Finds?
Rare & Collectible Vinyl:
I was stoked to discover a few real rarities in the back section, including some old Knievel pinball machine that was just sitting there. While the stuff back there might not be the most desirable, I bet there are still some killer finds to uncover if you dig deep enough.

Love Garden Sounds is right at home in the charming college town of Lawrence, Kansas. The shop has a cozy, welcoming feel that fits perfectly with the laid-back, artsy vibe of the neighbourhood. I can see why this has become a go-to spot for local music fans.

The prices here are more than fair — I picked up a killer Ted Nugent record for a steal. And even though I live all the way in Chicago, the staff were happy to ship an obscure vinyl right to my door. Definitely worth the trip (or the shipping cost) to browse their fantastic selection.
